To the best of our knowledge, such validations are not within the scope of the deliverable for the Marc Editor. If you are trying to pass on new functionality/validations, do not create bugs, instead create a sub-task and raise it (as a handoff) during the on-site/off-shore calls.
Also, I believe we had a mail from Percy indicating that only Rich or his team would raise Bugs/Defects. If you need to report an issue with a sub-task/task assigned to you with 'Dev Review' status, just re-open it and add a comment as to why you are doing so.
KCIAC-47: Refactored protocol delete service, wired it in and invoked it from the struts action. Added a new status code for 'deleted' to protocol status table.
We are going in a direction by creating the UI xml's for search results and create-new page,creating appropriate services that required backend operations as Peri mentioned.
